More Transforming Expectations WIP Pages
Transforming Expectations, my upcoming sequel to Transforming Collections, continues to slowly come together. I’ve gone back and revised a few of the pages I showed earlier and added a couple more. Check the spreads, below, and then click through to see each of the pages at a larger size.

I can’t believe how far this is coming already! You’re not messing around! The new pages look really sharp (all of the background items really make the pages pop without overcrowding them). My favorite add-ons so far are the iGear and ToyWorld stat cards. Something about that really thick, credit card-sized plastic card makes things seem even more collectible. They have really tapped into my Collector’s OCD and I totally want to complete the line just to get those cards.
Agreed, these spreads are already far and away more put together than the first release, keep up the good work!
What are you using to create the page layouts? Just curious.
Thanks

@Paul – Thank you. The character cards are indeed fun, but I wish all of the manufacturers worked together and stuck to a standard size.
@Court – I think a lot of the look is because I’m going for more sections this time around. There will be just page after page of toys like the last book, but this one’s getting a bit deeper into things. (As, I hope, the sample pages are showing.)
@Marv – Photoshop and InDesign.
