Killer Instinct: Sam 12-Inch Scale Action Figure Updated
I mentioned the Killer Instinct: Sam action figure a few weeks ago (posted here), but the manufacturer decided they could make the toy far cooler than it already was . . . and they did! Need proof? Just check these before and after shots of the toy.
The toy is still up for pre-order at Cotswold Collectibles, but now I see that it is also up for pre-order at Vantage Collectibles so you’ve got choices on where to order one. The figure already looked incredible, but the new head sculpt and mechanical arm design push things over the top to absolutely awesome.

Man the few small changes, (hair sculpt, paint apps) sure make a ton of difference.
Love that new fig.
@Court – If I were a 12-inch scale collector I would have ordered the first version . . . this revision is starting to make me think it’s time I go for it anyway.
