X-Transbots’ Homage to the Go-Bots Road Ranger
X-Transbots is taking their unofficial Transformers Huffer and Pipes (last mentioned here) and tweaking things to create Hoss, a transforming robot toy that’s clearly inspired by the 1980s Go-Bot Road Ranger — see the review at Counter-X. While I’m excited to get my hands on the Huffer and Pipes toys, this unofficial Road Ranger strikes me as even more exciting . . . if only because those colors are so stunning and just plain fun.
You can see tech specs and pics for all three toys in this thread at TFW2005. I’m not seeing any pre-order info on Hoss. Once I do, though, consider the pre-order placed.
