Speaking of Vantage Collectibles, after the Spade J 12-inch scale action figure was again delayed by the manufacturer I contacted Vantage Collectibles and after a couple of e-mails I asked to cancel my pre-order and get my money back. Nothing against Vantage Collectibles, but the lack of communications from DAM Toys was a bit frustrating and the experience left me feeling less than excited about the toy.

Vantage Collectibles instantly — and without any hesitation — refunded the entire amount. Classy and cool! Thank you, Vantage Collectibles, for that. I truly appreciate when a company steps up and resolves an issue cleanly and without any issues at all.
