A Big “Yo Joe!” to Battlegrip Reader Jonathan
When I mentioned a G.I. Joe lunchbox yesterday (posted here) I mentioned that I didn’t recognize the artwork. Well, thanks to Jonathan I now know that the artwork was taken from the 1987 G.I. Joe product catalog (shown at yojoe.com). What’s even cooler, though, is that the artwork appeared on a 1987 G.I. Joe Lunchbox. So here we are, 27 years later, and the art’s right back there on the G.I. Joe Retro Lunchbox*. Fantastic!
