Beware the Evil Ice Cream

Evil Ice Cream is launching a line of polystone figures soon, available from retailers who buy from DKE Toys Distribution. (On an unrelated note, I’d love to DKE Toys distributing our Chibithulhu plush toys, since I think the stores buying from DKE would really love these plush.)

Polystone? That’s usually what’s used for some very high-end statues and collectibles and not what I normally think of for toys. Toy. Statue. I’m still not completely clear on where the divide is, but I think it all depends on what the creator calls the piece. After all, is the inarticulate Virulentos resin toy by Troy Stith (review here) and more of a toy than these polystone figures?
