Toy Pizza Covers Mechs

The latest Toy Pizza episode dives into giant robots with Zoids, Armored Trooper Votoms, and Acid Rain.

I own the Acid Rain Speeder MKII (review here) and one of the Armored Trooper Votoms toys shown in the review (I’ve got the green Scopedog*) and of the two I choose Acid Rain Speeder MKII as the better mech.

Why would I choose the Speeder MKII over a G.I. Joe-sized Scopedog toy? Well, in my experience that Scopedog is kinda floppy and just doesn’t support its own weight as well as I would like. But I could have a defective toy, or just be an annoying old jerk, so everyone out there will have to make their own decision about which of the two is the better toy.
