1984 Cabbage Patch Kids “Hide and Seek Game” Commercial

There has always been something just a little bit creepy about the Cabbage Patch Kids designs. Those baby dolls with some old man wrinkle face action could scare any one of us late at night, and once the designs are rendered in plastic and start popping up like some twisted Whack a Mole game . . . well, things get way scarier.

For proof, I dare you to watch this 1984 commercial for the Cabbage Patch Kids “Hide and Seek” game. Someone get me a hammer so I can smash these terrifying faces! Watch the commercial, and then see the game’s BoardGameGeek entry for photos of the components.
