Spotted Online – Terminator ReAction Figures T800 Endoskeleton Review at The Fwoosh

The Terminator ReAction Figures (Amazon.com search*) have been out there in the wild long enough that we’re seeing reviews, and I even saw this line at a comic book store a few weeks ago! Did any of us expect there to be all of these toys when the Alien ReAction Figures were first announced two years ago? I know I sure didn’t expect this to happen!

Today I want to be sure that all of you see the T800 review at The Fwoosh where we get a true fan’s look at the toy and a complete understanding of what the entire ReAction Figures line is all about: nostalgia.

“Funko’s ReAction line is a time-warp back to an age of five points of articulation and simplistic sculpts where nostalgia is the biggest selling point. It’s not a line that will be for everybody; you know if you’re the target audience just at a glance.”

Agreed! If just a look at the packaging and figure gets you excited in the toy then you can be sure that you’re the target audience for the ReAction Figures.

  1. I’m loving these a lot. So far I’ve got Mal from Firefly, chrome Terminator, Rocketeer, Snake Plisken (sleeveless), and the astronaut from the Alien series. Creature from the Black Lagoon is on backorder. The packaging for each is fantastic!

  2. The construction on these Skeleton figures makes no sense, especially if its supposed to follow how Kenner would have done it. The feet are separate glued on parts, the arms just below the shoulder joint is a separate glued on part, the neck joint is some weird rubbery stick connecting the head and the body, making it a wobbly loose joint. Overall i was really let down by it, especially when my chrome version fell apart and shed chrome worse than my cat sheds hair.

    1. @Talyn – Ouch, falling apart is bad. This is the first I’ve heard of the toys falling apart but it’s something I’ll keep a close eye on.

Maybe try contacting Funko? Their customer service seems pretty good and they might just ship you a replacement since yours decomposed.
