“You Put Robo-Copter Together!”

This 1988 toy commercial from Kenner shows off the Robocop series of that year, including the heavily-armed Robo-Copter that looks second only to the Robo 1 toy car (last mentioned here).

Seeing this old commercial reminds me that we still need someone to produce a book dedicated to the Kenner Robocop toys. I know it wouldn’t be an especially big book — Virtual Toy Chest gives us a decent idea of what would go into such a book — but that doesn’t make it any less needed in my collection.

We need a series of volumes on Kenner! Man they made some fun toys over the years.

  @Wolf – I know I’m all in for such a series. Maybe once I get life back under control I can take a stab at the Kenner book I still want to put together.
