Superman Hot Wheels Display at Hastings
The Superman Hot Wheels toy car series (Amazon.com search*) isn’t new, but I had not yet noticed this great display and just had to snap some pics when I was at Hastings. I love that Mattel keeps pushing out these designs and cannot wait to see what happens when they decide to widen the net and go after some indie comics.

Last week I saw that the latest line of Hot Wheel (to hit Walmart) included the Keaton Batmobile. I believe it was the same one that was in the Batman line previously released, but this was on a normal card. So maybe we’ll get to see the Batman line (and maybe others) released among the regular line.
@neal – I still haven’t seen that Batmobile in stores. Time to go to Walmart again!
I have the Superman #1 car hanging in my cubicle at work (on card) — love it. I wish they’d do a Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez-based Justice League series — I can almost 100% guarantee I would be over them like white on rice.
Those look great, I just saw the new Batman run at Walmart the other day, it was the different Batmobile’s and Batcopter, but for $0.84 I had to pick them up, even tho I already have multiple of each, they do different paint jobs to make it worth it for the collectors.
