Affiliate Link – Gus and Duncan’s Comprehensive Guide to Star Wars Collectibles
At nearly 1,000 pages, Gus and Duncan’s Comprehensive Guide to Star Wars Collectibles* is fairly beefy and promises to keep your eyes and mind entertained for many, many hours. Ignore the $1,000 price tag someone has on the book and instead look in the $35 to $50 range; the way Amazon calculates prices leaves me confused far more often than I’d like.
The book is from 2009 and a bit out of date (comprehensive is a word not to be used too lightly), but it’s still great research material if you’re more concerned with decades past than you are today’s collectibles.
The largest and most complete guide on Star Wars memorabilia ever assembled, covering more than 75,000 unique Star Wars collectibles illustrated with over 36,000 photos. Every Star Wars item from 1977 to present is covered with information about the licensee, country, film, and current secondary market price.

Many, many years ago, I had an equivalent book for Gerry Anderson’s Thunderbirds. So much cool merch out there that you never would have even imagined!
