Star Wars Masks!
This back cover to a 1978 Heroes World catalog promises kids these awesome Star Wars masks . . . just mail money, kids. I don’t really care all that much about collecting masks, but I can admit that if I found one of these ancient Stormtrooper masks for $40 today I’d probably snag it for myself.
Hmmm. According to an inflation calculator that $39.95 translates to about $140 in today’s dollars. Man, they were really targeting the rich kids with this ad.
