BattleTech: Mercenaries “Heart of Iron”
Last fall I shared one old ad for the game, and today I want to take another look at the BattleTech trading card game (Amazon.com search*) of the late nineties. This 1997 ad for Mercenaries, one of the game expansions, really sparks memories and makes me want to dig all of my cards out and try playing again.

Man, I remember this game fondly. It came out at the right time for me and CCGs.
I had started playing MTG but didn’t get too much into it, until games like Overpower and Battletech came out, that pretty much sunk it for me hehe
