United Planet Toys from 3A in the Next Week

The latest news posted at the 3A Toys forum tells us that the new United Planet toys from Colan Ho and Mak will be up for sale “next” week. (Whether that means this week or next week is up for debate, since it all depends on exactly when the word “next” was originally written.)

Originally mentioned at the 3A Production Blog back in August, these new toy designs are bright, shiny, and unlike anything else we’ve seen from 3A so far. And at 20″ tall these are NOT gonna be inexpensive toys. I’d love to get my hands on one, but I’m guessing these will be $200 and up and that’s just not doable right now.

There’s even a United Planet website where you can find some other stuff. Anyone know what a HK$ is worth in US dollars? I ask because there’s some neat stuff at that site and I have no idea what anything there costs.
