1996 McFarlane Toys’ Concept to Completion
If you’re at all a fan of the McFarlane Toys action figures of the nineties (Amazon.com search*) then this page from the 1996 McFarlane Toys Toy Fair catalog will be a real treat. I managed to get my hands on the retailer folder and catalog last month, and this full-page from the catalog showcases the action figure development process of the time.

Oooh, now that would be lovely to check out in whole! i got only the ’97 catalogue from back then, and seeing only the 98 and 99 books on the bay. those others are worthy though alone for the cool photography of the toys. The stuff looked even better on these than what you had in person. Buut the toys are great no matter what (breakage aside).
@ralph – Somewhere around here I have the 1998 and 1999 McFarlane Toys catalogs . . . that I’ve had since the nineties. I went looking a few weeks ago and cannot find them. I thought I knew exactly where they were.
