Metamorphosis Alpha Ad from 1977

The September, 1977 issue of Starlog magazine includes this full page for TSR’s Metamorphosis Alpha roleplaying game. The game would one day evolve into the Gamma World roleplaying game (Amazon.com search*), but in this earlier form the players were characters onboard a very unusual starcraft.

Now I’m thinking I should search for a few Dungeons & Dragons ads in those Starlog archives.
