1983 Ad for Intellivision Dungeons & Dragons “Treasure of Tarmin” Video Game

The representative screen for the Mattel Treasure of Tarmin video game (Wikipedia page) may not look all that great, but the artwork in this ad from Electronic Games Magazine is gorgeous! I wonder who owns the rights to this art, Mattel or Wizards of the Coast? The trademark and copyright info on the ad makes me think that the entire package was originally owned by TSR, but I am sure finding the ancient contracts for this project would be a nightmare in administrative work.

Still, would be a blast to see a Dungeons & Dragons book that collected together all of the various licensed products from the game’s golden age of the eighties.
