Spotted Online – Masters of the Universe Classics Goat Man Review at 16bit.com
Mattel’s Masters of the Universe Classics action figure series (Amazon.com search*) has been running for several years now, with dozens of different toys out there and a much larger collection of figures than we saw during the eighties. With so many toys available it’s easy to miss one. Well, 16bit.com offers up Goat Man just in case any of you missed the figure when it was first released.
A convention exclusive, Goat Man* isn’t nearly as pricey as I would have expected. This is just one more piece of info pointing to the decline in popularity of the entire Masters of the Universe Classics series. I’m betting someone could assemble a fantastic essay on collector mentality by comparing this line to the eighties series, but that someone will need to not be me. I’m already a tad overwhelmed with projects.
