Tomy’s Starriors in 1985

Today isn’t the first time that I’ve ever mentioned Tomy’s Starriors toys (Wikipedia entry). Unfortunately, those earlier mentions of the line included commercials that have since been removed from YouTube. Aw. I wish the toymakers would go through their archives and post old toy commercials to the web. That would put an end to rights holders stepping in and removing commercials and old vidoes.

So let’s try again. This 1985 Starriors commercial should be all it takes to inspire you to waste time at starriors.com. It certainly ate too much of my time when I couldn’t sleep . . .
