1986 Transformers Ultra Magnus Newspaper Advertisement
Now this isn’t the first time that we’ve seen an Ultra Magnus newspaper ad from the eighties. Back in April I posted a 1988 ad, but what makes today’s ad so special is that it’s from May of 1986, before Transformers: The Movie* hit theaters. At the time this ad ran we didn’t know much at all about Ultra Magnus, making this just one more cool Transformers toy and not the character we know today.
