If you’re not taking advantage of the Google newspaper archives then you’re missing treats like this December 13, 1981, Spokesman-Review article on new boardgames for the year. I was most surprised to see the Ace of Aces game mentioned, and the info that it was selected by Omni as “one of the most innovative” games was new to me. Maybe I can next find the Omni mentions of Ace of Aces.
