Spotted Online – Review of the Space Rocks Destroyed Blockade Runner For Star Wars X-Wing

As I posted last week, the Space Rocks unofficial ships for the X-Wing miniatures game (Amazon.com search*) are no longer offered, meaning that I missed my chance to snag a few bits of terrain for use with the game. I may have to bash some parts and create my own; the game could really use some miniature terrain for the ships to contend with during gameplay.

One of the ships that was offered was the wrecked version of the Tantive IV*, meaning that a few players in the world have a wrecked Corvette that I’m sure looks wonderful on the table. How wonderful? Well, check the pics and review at wwpd.net for an idea.

I’d happily buy official starship wrecks from Fantasy Flight Games, especially a pack with wrecked TIE Fighters and X-Wings. Just imagine how cool it would be to play in a scenario in which destroyed ships are drifting through space and causing all sorts of trouble. Yeah, I’d buy wrecks.
