1996 Micro Machines Action Fleet Catalog from Galoob

I spent part of my weekend completing the photo editing of Micro Machines for my terribly late book on 1996 Shadows of the Empire action figures and vehicles. The Kenner selection of Shadows of the Empire toys didn’t quite pack the 96-page hardcover so as soon as I realized I had space to fit the Micro Machines in I chased them down. Fun little toys, and best of all finding a boxed Virago meant I got my hands on this 1996 catalog. Enjoy!

  1. I Loved the Action Fleet series! It was a great way to get detailed vehicles that were closely scaled, but didn’t require a ton of room. The fact that they released some vehicles (like the Virago) exclusively in AF scale just made them cooler.
I wish they were still being produced, a few AF vehicles from The Force Awakens would be welcome additions to my collection.
