1979 Crayola Crayons Advertisement from Working Mother
There are fabulous things waiting to be discovered online. How many of us don’t remember Crayola Crayons fondly? The smell. The feel of the waxy sticks. The joy of peeling back the paper and using the little sharpener built into the coolest of the crayon boxes. Everything about these art instruments for kids sparks memories today, and that includes this simplistic — yet effective! — ad from a 1979 issue of Working Mother magazine. Is it a super-exciting discovery? Not at all, but I suspect it will make you smile.
