My Newest Book is on Kickstarter Right Now!

My book about Star Wars newspaper ads of the seventies and eighties, Collect These Figures and Accessories, is on Kickstarter right now if any of you are interested in the book in hardcover. Join the project today!

Shown are snapshots of the test book that I printed using Amazon’s Createspace service. The test looks pretty good, but the softcover binding and lower-quality paper from what I’ve used on other books made me decide to try Kickstarter before going with the Amazon system. If the new Kickstarter project meets its goal then I’ll print the book in hardcover with glossy paper stock.

If the Kickstarter project fails to meet its goal then I’ll open the book up for sale in softcover on Amazon. So: If you prefer hardcover books and better paper stock then back the project today. The book is ready for print and all that is needed is information on whether enough of us want hardcover to make the book the best it can be.
