1982 G.I. Joe Official Collector Display Case Photos
After yesterday’s review of the 1983 G.I. Joe Pocket Patrol Pack I wanted to keep the action figure carrying case fun going. There’s not a lot to say about this 1982 G.I. Joe Official Collector Display Case except that I love that the case is designed as both a carrying case and a display case! The spots where the case can be hung from a wall is a genius addition to the design.

I still have my case. The wall mounting holes are punched out because that’s how I used to display it in my room when I was eight. Now it resides in the center of my main display, right behind my Ryan Miller figure that is holding the Matrix of Leadership. I think this display case is my favorite of all the ones released in the era, probably tied for first with the Darth Vader bust case.
@rosewater – The Rebel Transport’s a pretty cool carrying case from the eighties. And Battle Bones!
