Grand Admiral Thrawn Coming to Star Wars: Rebels
The new season three trailer for Star Wars: Rebels has been posted online, and fans of the Expanded Universe won’t want to miss it as Grand Admiral Thrawn makes an appearance. The addition of Thrawn continues to demonstrate how Disney’s Star Wars team is picking through the older Star Wars materials and selecting bits and pieces to bring into the continuity, and after spending so much time working on my Universe Expanded book* it’s fun to see parts of that coming into action in today’s Star Wars projects.
