Weekend Plan: New Book in the Mail
My book devoted to Star Wars newspaper advertisements of the seventies and eighties, Collect These Figures and Accessories, arrived earlier this week and now it’s time to pack and mail hundreds of books out to the project backers. I again went with Taylor in Dallas for the project, and once again they did an incredible job of assembling my files into a hardcover book.
And as a bonus, the proofs are expected today for my Action Figure Carrying Cases book. This means that between packing books I’ll review proof pages so that the book can officially begin printing.
It feels great to see these two titles come together so quickly. Makes me feel like I’m once again productive and ready to start taking on other projects . . . after a few months of intense work at the office.
Both books will make it to Amazon. I’ll post once they’re available.
