Third-Party Transformers: Titans Return from Hephaistos Works

Hasbro’s Transformers: Titans Return toyline (find at Amazon.com*) is generating so much positive buzz that it’s time I grab a few of the toys and check them out. The little Headmaster robots included with the Titans Return toys seem to be the cause of most of the online excitement, and now we see third-party toymaker Hephaistos Works getting into the action with this little garage playset series.

Looking at this planned Titans Return garage makes me think the toy would also fit in nicely with the upcoming Diaclone Returns Dia-Nauts mentioned last week. I assume that the recent growth in smaller toys is related to increasing manufacturing costs, or maybe someone just decided it is time for little action figures to make a comeback.
