“The Mantic Compendium” Free with Mantic Orders

At Gen Con, one of the games that caught my eye was Mantic’s Dungeon Saga miniatures dungeoncrawl (find at Amazon.com*). What I saw of the game looked fabulous, and I wish I’d had enough time for a demo when I stopped by the Mantic Games booth for a chat. Maybe I’ll get lucky and get a chance to play the game at BGGCon later this year.

Anyway, while checking the Mantic site for more info on Dungeon Saga I ran across a special offer to receive the new Mantic Compendium, 96-pages of history on the company, free with purchases at their webstore. Tempting. Very tempting. I do love printed books and magazines, and a chance to see the company’s take on their history is one I may have to take advantage of.
