1980 Heroes World Advertisement Featuring Batman, The Hulk, Spider-Man, and More!
We’ve looked at a handful of Heroes World ads from the seventies and eighties before (“heroes world” search at BattleGrip), and the more I hunt through old comics, the more ads I find. The idea of selling direct to the kids back before the age of the internet was genius, because few lived anywhere near where we could buy stuff like plush superheroes, comic collections, or the die-cast Mego Super Heroes toys. May as well have kids mail money away in the hopes of scoring cool stuff, right?
