LJN Dungeons & Dragons Action Figures on Sale in 1983
We looked at one newspaper ad for LJN’s D&D toys yesterday, and now it is time for an ad from Children’s Palace in 1983 in the December 4 issue of the Toledo Blade. These toys are still, even after three decades, a bit obscure, and finding information on the line isn’t the easiest thing to do. These old newspaper ads are a lot of help in tracking the way in which advertisers offered the toys when they were new, but looking at these makes me wish that I had the resources to chase down an entire set of the toys.

Cool ad. I’ve been collecting these toys for the past few years. Partially because they’re neat and part because I love D&D. I’m going to have to take time to go through your articles on D&D looks like you have some good stuff I haven’t seen before.
@Jeremy LaMastus – Those LJN toys are still pretty cool and not too tough to find. Enjoy the site!
