Damn you, statues!

A few days ago I mentioned how I wasn’t all that much of a fan of statues, even if there are some statues out there that are tempting. Especially the Star Wars Animated statues from Gentle Giant (their website is loaded with some cool pieces of art).

Well, over the weekend my e-mail showed me a great-looking Boba Fett statue, exclusive to Entertainment Earth. Take a look at it:

According to the description this is a 10-inch tall statue. It’s gotta be a solid block, considering the base and frozen Han Solo is part of the piece. I’ve gotta resist these statues; I know that if I buy one then a second will follow.

Why are there so many cool toys out there and why does my bank account not cooperate?
