Spotted Online – Grenadier’s Masters of the Universe Miniatures Video Overview

While reading The Fantastic Worlds of Grenadier, a recent book about the Grenadier gaming miniatures of the seventies, eighties, and nineties, I ran across the section on the company’s 1983 Masters of the Universe miniatures. I cannot really remember having seen these before, so the first thing I had to do was a quick search for the minis . . . which soon led me to this YouTube video.

Surprisingly, the book reveals only four sets of minis while the video suggests that there may be as many as three more sets. he-man.org includes more info on the sets, and I am now left asking: Just how tough are these to find? And, more importantly, when will someone snag a license to create a Masters of the Universe miniatures game for today’s market?
