2005 Advertisement for Mattel’s “The Batman” Action Figures

Mattel has made many Batman action figures and vehicles (find at Amazon.com*) in the last decade, and this 2005 ad from Toyfare magazine reminds us of the toys for The Batman animated series. The stylized and strange approach to The Batman was fun, even if I never quite warmed to their take on the Joker character design.
