Princess Leia “Star Wars Unleashed” Magazine Ad
I’ve shared some older Star Wars Unleashed advertisements before (here and here), but I’ve still not chased down these statues and given them a fair shot. The ads, including this one from 2004 for Princess Leia, make these look like fantastic collectibles, but I’ve not yet found one at a price I’m willing to dig in and go for it. Uncovering this ad has me looking at the line again.

My own memories of the Unleashed series is tainted by seeing poor paint apps and bent sculpts in stores. I wasn’t a fan of the over the top effects at the time either. I may have cooled a bit since then, but I’m not overly into them, as a line.
