Win R2-D2 with Hot Dog Magazine in 1983!
Hot Dog! Who else remembers this magazine from the eighties? I’d kinda forgotten that the magazine even existed, but after running across a 1983 issue over the weekend I was suddenly thrown back to the early eighties when pop culture collided with the schoolyard. The magazine feels light on content, but this contest to win a Kenner R2-D2 action figure makes me ask: Are there any magazines sold in schools today and, if so, are their contests as fantastic as this one?
