Facebook vs YouTube
I shared a video of my trip to Rogue Toys a few days ago, and as part of my experiment using video I posted the work to both YouTube and Facebook. The YouTube hits are slow to accumulate, but the Facebook video has over 1,400 views . . . many of which, no doubt, shouldn’t even count because of YouTube’s autoplay feature.
Still, it is interesting to watch the differences between the two sites. YouTube is likely the better host; Facebook posts tend to vanish quickly and have no tail.
