Sgt. Slaughter at K-Mart in 1986

Two very important things to note about the G.I. Joe newspaper ad from September of 1986:

1. Hasbro likely wasn’t happy with the Mattel logo on a G.I. Joe advertisement.
   
2. This is right around the time that I went on a bit of a shopping spree and snagged several G.I. Joe toys over a few days . . . including this Sgt. Slaughter and Triple-T toy.
