G.I. Joe Jet Pack Blueprints and Instructions
I’ve never photographed or reviewed the original 1982 G.I. Joe JUMP jet pack toy, but I have posted some old newspaper ads (here/A> and here), so we know what the toy sold for when it was new. Additionally, a variant of the JUMP made its way to battlegrip.com in my review of the Cobra Air Trooper; actually, seeing that ad makes me want another one of those figures. That design is fantastic!
Oh. Right. I wasn’t here to talk about the reviews I’ve written or not written. No, we’re here today to enjoy the blueprints and instruction sheet for the Jet Propulsion Unit Jet Pack, also known as the JUMP, and to ask the important question: Just how is that book of G.I. Joe newspaper ads coming together? Slow. I expect progress to pick up once I get back home and find a weekend or two to devote to the book.
