G.I. Joe MMS, HAL, and FLAK in 1982

We’ve seen all of these 1982 G.I. Joe toys in newspaper ads before, so there’s no surprises here, right? Well, it doesn’t require a surprise to capture and share a great newspaper ad, especially when it’s a discovery right as I’m in the middle of a research trip and working on a book about the G.I. Joe newspaper ads of the eighties. I’ve not yet started comparing the toy prices, but once I do then this ad will certainly prove valuable since it shows some of those original A Real American Hero toys.
