“They’re back for one final mission…”
I included the G.I. Joe case in my Action Figure Carrying Cases book* last year, and today I’d like to direct your attention to the second issue of Hasbro’s G.I. Joe magazine and this full-page advertisement offering up both the case and ten G.I. Joe action figures. $25 for ten figures and the case is a fantastic deal, but what I most want to know is:
- Were these overstock toys, or did Hasbro produce a run of figures and the case just for this promotion?
