“He’s the Perfect Storm”

After the incredible Spider-Man 2 movie, hopes were high for Spider-Man 3, and Hasbro was ready to capitalize on the success of the film with a series of action figures as shown in this 2007 ToyFare advertisement. Unfortunately, the movie was a horrible work, easily one of the worst superhero movies that I saw in the first decade of this century. Well, at least the ad and the Sandman build-a-figure looks nifty.
