Return of the Jedi B-Wing Vehicle

November 27, 1984. By late 1984, when this Kiddytown ad was new, Kenner’s Star Wars action figures and vehicles were fading in popularity. Kids were moving to new lines — in my case, Transformers had captured my playtime by November of 1984 — and Kenner was doing all they could to keep Star Wars sales up. Unfortunately, I didn’t recognize the opportunity in late 1984 and into 1985, so I let a lot of Star Wars deals escape. And that means I look at this ad for the B-Wing and find myself sad; I’d totally pay $20 for one right now!
