BattleTech Plastic Model Kit Series

I shared an old Battletechnology advertisement for the Twentieth Century Imports line of BattleTech model kits last week. These old kits were a major factor in the creation of the BattleTech game, and it is my opinion that we would have never had the game without Twentieth Century Imports. Yes, they were that instrumental in the creation and success of Fasa’s BattleTech game in the eighties.

With that in mind, you shouldn’t be at all surprised that this marketing insert from one of the 1987 Nova BattleTech game books instantly caught my eye. You see, I have had the four books in the series for about two decades now, but a recent discovery of a still-shrinkwrapped booklet revealed this insert which I just had to share with the world. Look at those classic designs!
