Sideshow’s $420 Hulkbuster Iron Man Statue
There’s no way that I could ever afford to collect pieces like this Hulkbuster Iron Man statue*, but that doesn’t stop me from poking through the site and drooling on these beautiful works of art.

As awesome as this statue looks, though, I’d really love to have a Hulkbuster Iron Man action figure for the 3.75-inch scale Marvel Universe series.** He would go great with my collection of Marvel Universe Iron Man action figures . . . unfortunately, it’s pretty unlikely that Hasbro will ever make one since there’s not much they could do with the tooling in terms of reuse.
But wouldn’t a 3.75-inch scale Hulkbuster Iron Man look awesome added to all of those different Marvel Universe Iron Man action figures that Hasbro has released this year?

I LOVE this but not for $420. I have the Bust of it. It was about $100 and it is fantastic! About 10 in tall and 10 in wide. The helmet comes off and sits on top to reveal Tony Starks head in the suit. Great Detail on it
@Smack6102 – Sideshow could find themselves with a lot of my money if I ever won the lottery, but until then I’ll be happy with just looking at the photos on their site. They have excellent photography, but I guess they have to in order to sell pieces that are this expensive.

You May be able to get one at your LCS
The Sideshow one at $420 is pretty amazing, but there’s a much cheaper (also awesome) option. I reviewed the Bowen Designs battle damaged Hulkbuster and while that one is also pricey, there’s a non-battle damaged version for much MUCH cheaper on the aftermarket. I’ve seen it go for $150. Still a huge statue and a lot more affordable than $420. Although I’m willing to bet even Sideshow’s Hulkbuster will be available for $320~ on Ebay.
