Dark Horse is doing an excellent job with these classic statue designs, and this upcoming Disney Comics & Stories Classic Mickey Mouse Statue* is just one more work that has me wishing I had enough space and cash to grab the entire series. But it’s safer for us all if I just look at the photos and not actually order any of the statues.
The fourth in the Disney Comics & Stories lineup – it’s none other than the lovable Mickey Mouse. This is the first-ever depiction of this Disney mainstay for Dark Horse and Yoe! Studios. The perfect companion piece to the Phantom Blot Statue (sold separately). Mickey stands approximately 4 1/2-inches tall, and comes packaged in his own tin box which includes a pin-back button and character booklet. Limited to just 750 pieces!
The Disney Comics & Stories Characters series depicts the cartoon characters as they were in the comics, but they are also somewhat more rough hewn than is common, with features including rough surface textures, visible seam lines, and other slightly “distressed” aspects.
