Affiliate Link – GI Joe Adventure Team – Pyramid of Peril
If there was one thing that fired my new interest in G.I. Joe: Sigma 6 it may have to be the GI Joe Adventure Team – Pyramid of Peril* pack from 2007. An action figure, a snake, a treasure, and a bunch of gear . . . yeah, just taking closer looks at this toy online had me itching to give the Sigma 6 toys a try. I am very glad that I did; so far, these are far cooler than I was expecting.
SNAKE EYES enters an Egyptian pyramid that’s almost buried in the desert sand. His adventure: Find a valuable treasure guarded by a giant snake. He defeats menacing mummies and flesh-eating beetles, but next he must get past a room full of poisonous snakes! SNAKE EYES launches his zipline and zooms through the air above the slithering serpents. But when he reaches the jewel, a monstrous cobra, the guardian of the treasure, prepares to strike! SNAKE EYES snatches the serpent in his KUNG FU GRIP, grabs the jewel in his other hand, and escapes from the pyramid just before it sinks into the sand, burying its secrets forever!

A really fun set! Picked it up at a show for $20 last year, a good amount of gear and fun involved with it.
@John K – We sometimes have a toy show in the Austin area, but the last time I went to one (2009) it was tiny and took about 30 minutes to see what was available. Not all that great when it comes to shows around here.
