It has been several years since I played Halo — I just don’t have the free time to spend on games like I used to — but more and more I find myself looking at the toys, and this Halo Reach Skirmisher Minor Action Figure* is one great-looking monster. Anyone out there have any opinions or advice when it comes to the Halo action figures? Are they as neat as they look, or is it best if I avoid these?
This Series 2 action figure includes one Skirmisher action figure with needle rifle and plasma grenade. Skirmishers are vicious pack hunters and a dangerous new threat to the human defenders. The Minor rank of Skirmisher is represented in its dark gray armor and comes with the wicked new Needle Rifle weapon and a Plasma Grenade. Figure features over 20 points of articulation.
McFarlane has fallen far from grace over the years. If you compare his Halo figs with the great stuff his company produced from ’94 to the demise of the Spawn line, you will be very disappointed. They are small, the articulation is wonky, and the paint looks like a someone with the shakes slapped it on. If you want a great Halo fig, spend the $40-$50 on a Square Enix Fig Arts Halo Reach fig. They are awesome.
